Type of Services
LDK provided services required for the preparation and process of the supply licensing application up its issue. In particular, provided services included form and application editing, documentation provision, development of a complete business plan for supply operation in accordance with respective regulations, and continuous follow up till license issue. Feedback, progress reporting and regulations translation were also provided, regarding market operation. Furthermore, upon license issue, LDK prepared the applications of IBERDROLA for its participation in the energy market, as well as for the acquisition of capacity certificates for participation in the daily market.
Description
The project referred to the provision of support and assistance to IBERDROLA GENERACION SAU for the preparation of all legal documentation for applying to the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) for supply license. Upon award of the supply license, LDK continued the provision of support to IBERDROLA in the preparation of applications for its participation to the energy market and acquisition of capacity certificates for participation in the daily market.
