Services provided by LDK included:
- elaboration of an action plan for funding under the Information Society Operational Programme (2000-2006);
- technical assistance and training of the SEYYO staff on the elaboration of project proposals eligible for funding.
Description
The aim of the project was to prepare the action plan on behalf of the Ministry of Finance Training School (SEYYO) for funding under the Information Society Operational Programme of the 3rd Community Support Framework (CSF) for the period 2000-2006. The Consultant also assisted the SEYYO staff to elaborate complete and well documented project proposals for their financing under the Operational Programmes for Employment and Information Society of the 3rd CSF.
