Analysis of existing legal and regulatory framework, preparation for recommendations to amend, review of appropriate market model alternatives, selection of recommended model, presentation of road-map for implementation, and required legal-regulatory changes. Provision of support to CERA during public consultation. On site support to CERA on all issues relevant to market restructuring.
Description
Phase A of the study comprises a detailed analysis and assessment of the current framework for the operation of the electricity market in Cyprus. Phase B includes a presentation and evaluation of alternative electricity market models, leading to a proposal for changes to the framework for the operation of the market.
