Description
The project refers to the design of the waste-water treatment plant (WWTP) for the Xenia Hotel on Parnitha mountain, close to Athens. The hotel, one of the main modern historical landmarks of the greater Attiki area, is currently being renovated. This also affects the subsurface discharge system, to be redesigned as well. The hotel capacity is 141 beds, whereas the premise also include a restaurant of 300 sq.m. total area, a conference room of 200 sq.m. area, a lobby cafe of 160 sq.m., an additional cafe of 200 sq.m., and various smaller rooms (mainly for entertainment) of a total area of 420 sq.m.
