The study was conducted by the application of a dispersion simulation modelling to identify the average concentration of the emitted pollutants and their distribution in the greater area of where the unit is situated, so as to define the particular pollution burden induced by the unit. The cause was to control the effectiveness of pollution abatement measures respective to best available techniques (BATs) lately implemented by the company and submit relevant reports to the respective competent authorities for information purposes.
