Work includes:
Compilation of a report (in the form of a technical handbook-guidelines)–, that will comprise:
- Main technical solutions which are commercially available for recovering biogas from organic wastes, including the main suppliers of technology and selected reference cases;
- Possible alternatives in terms of use of the main products and by-products of the conversion process;
- Review the current penetration in EBRD's Countries of Operation, particularly Ukraine, Russia, Poland and Turkey, in comparison with EU;
- Review the current incentives which are in place in Europe and the Bank's CoO to support biogas investments;
- Analysis of the main investment and operation cost components;
Development of a customised calculation model for a quick techno-economic assessment of potential opportunities in biogas installations
