Services provided by LDK included:
- the development of a database for registering water quality measurements;the preparation of
- measurement evaluation reports to be submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works (Greece), and the European Environment Agency.
Description
The project referred to the provision of technical assistance to the General Chemical State Laboratory (GCSL) of Greece for the monitoring of the projects funded by the Community Support Framework (2000-2006, Axis I - Measure 1.1: Monitoring of Water Quality). The support included also the development of a database regarding the quality monitoring of inland waters. The main objectives of the project were:
- the development of a database for registering existing and new results from measurements of chemical parameters related with surface and underground waters;
- the evaluation of measurements related to the quality of waters.
