LDK undertook the following tasks:
- the preparation of Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs) of the programmes;
- the development of ex-ante evaluation of the draft programme documents.
Description
The main objective of the project was to provide assistance in the preparation and approval of the ENPI CBC Programmes operating on the Southern borders of the EU. More specifically, the assignment referred to the following sea crossing and sea basin programmes:
- Spain / Morocco North- Spain / Morocco South;
- Italy / Tunisia;
- Mediterranean Sea Basin.
