The FCP involved the following provided services:
- design of the contingency plan;
- detailed description of the storage installations;
- description of dangerous substances and activities;
- identification and analysis of accidental risks;
– development of contingency scenarios;
- impact assessment from contingency accident due to oil spills in the sea by the use of appropriate computational models;
- design of protection measures and emergency plan in case of an accident;
- appropriate marine pollution protective / confrontation equipment proposal.
