The services consisted of the following tasks:
1: Completion of the Tender Dossier for the supply contract in accordance with Practical Guide to PHARE, ISPA, SAPARD Contract Procedures, including relevant training on the equipment and the databases.
2: Preparation of the Technical Specifications for the equipment and databases.
3: Obtaining all the necessary official approvals. The official approvals should contain the confirmation that the Tender Dossier corresponds to the technical and formal requirements. Introduce all amendments received from stakeholders and EC Delegation needed for the approval of the Tender Dossier.
4: Training of personnel on the use and operation of equipment and databases.
Description
The specific objective of this assignment was to prepare a detailed system design, including all required descriptions, surveys, schemes and technical specifications, to compile a complete Tender Dossier for the successful implementation of the supply contract as well as relevant training on the equipment and the databases for the Estonian Fuel Quality Management System project.
