Type of Services

The services of the Technical Assistance assignment were as follows:
- based on the documents of the above mentioned Cohesion Fund projects, collected by the Hungarian Ministry of Environment and Water and with the final approval of the National ISPA Co-ordinator, a "needs assessment" was formulated to identify the missing documents, and chapters;
- on the basis of this needs assessment the preparation of contract forecasts, procurement notices and tender dossiers (regulated presently by PraG) for two service tenders;
- the tenders to be prepared contained the sub-task of the preparation of training plan for all projects (incl. needs assessment, detailed plan for trainings on all stages of PCM for the parties involved (implementation units of the municipalities, project managers at MoEW and at CF MA));
- the tenders to be prepared contained an indicative PR plan for the sub-sectors, which may be used for each project;
- providing TA in answering the possible questions of the bidders following the launch of the approved tender dossiers;
- participation in the evaluation process (one voting member in each Evaluation Committee).
