Type of Services
The audits were performed, according to the procedures stipulated within the standard EN16247. Work included site visits and on site measurements of energy and indoor comfort parameters
Services performed in each site included:
- Data Collection from on-site meters, bills and other sources for the recording of existing energy situation
- Site visits including measurements to formulate energy balances and assess energy performance per cost centre
- Data Analysis and evaluation
- Proposals of energy efficiency measures including operational improvements, energy savings at processes and improvement of efficiency in utilities.
- Financial analysis of EE scenarios
- Preparation of a comprehensive report and presentation to the Client
Description
The aim of the project was to undertake four energy audits at the buildings of NOKIA HELLAS in Athens in order to comply with the new legislative framework imposing mandatory energy audits for large enterprises in accordance with Art. 8 of the Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/EU. More specifically energy audits were conducted at the following sites:
- Areva: including offices and data centres (5600 m2)
- Promitheos: including offices and data centres (2600 m2)
- Pyrna : Offices (2845 m2)
- Blueland : Offices (1100 m2)
