The scope of work of MEP installations included the design of the following installations:
Plumbing (Potable water, Sewage) / HVAC (Ducts, pipes) / Fire Fighting / Low Voltage Electrical Power (Power supply, Lighting) / Fire Detection / Information and Communication Technology (ICT) / Security / Voice evacuation and sound system
Description
Refurbishment of interior spaces and landscape areas of the hotel as well as design of a new extension to the complex, within the applying planning limitations.
The Hotel complex consists of 7 existing buildings (A, B, C, D, E, F and G) and their corresponding landscape areas, swimming pools and tennis courts.
In more detail the project entailed the refurbishment and extension of Building C (6,300 m²) and D (2,900 m²) areas (Casino, Hotel lobby, Restaurant, Bar, Spa), the complete renovation of buildings A, B, E (Hotel rooms) (9,500 m²) and the addition of a new building with guest rooms in the area now occupied by the tennis courts. The landscape will be also redesigned according to the overall architectural design.
