The scope of work of the infrastructure networks included Preliminary Design, Design Development, Final Design, Technical Supervision of the following installations: Medium Voltage / Power Substations / Water Supply Networks / Pumping Stations / Water Distribution / Water Treatment Systems / Sewerage and Drainage Networks / Fire Fighting Systems / Seawater Pumping Networks / Telephones - Data Networks, etc for the surroundings (684,000 m²) of the hotel complex.
Description
Renovation and extension of Aldemar Olympian Village 5-star Resort complex in Skafidia, Western Peloponnese, Greece.
Phase B: Extension of the resort complex – Conference Centre with a capacity of 1,200 people, 5-star Hotel of 200 beds capacity and Thalassotherapy Centre & SPA of 4,000 m²
Phase A: Resort complex of main hotel and bungalows with 431 rooms and 82 suites, along with 49 apartments in bungalow complex.
The resort was designed to utilize heat recovery chillers with sea water condensing circuits.
