The scope of work for MEP installations included the Preliminary Design, Final Design. Building Permit, Detailed Design, and construction Supervision of the following installations:
Water Supply / Irrigation / Sewage / Storm Drainage / Fire Fighting (water) / Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning / Electrical Power / Lighting / Electrical Substations / Emergency Generator, UPS / Telephones - Data / Fire Detection / Radio - Television / Sound Facilities / Access Control / CCTV / Intercom / Lightning Protection and Earthing / Building Management System (BMS) / Parking Control System
Description
The mall buildings’ layout is the result of the reconstruction of the existing buildings on a surface of 71,500 m² owned by the company “Emporiko Parko Korinthou A.E.”, which is located on the 5th km of the old national road Korinthou-Patron in the Municipality of Korinthos.
Following the demolitions and the rearrangement of the existing buildings, two new building complexes resulted.. Amongst the building complexes, outdoor spaces for sales and recreation were formed., and on the surrounding area, 692 outdoor parking spots were created.
Complex A, covering 8,100 m², comprises commercial shops. Complex B, covering 6,000 m², comprises shops inside the arcade and a super market “Sklavenitis” covering 4,700 m².
