Description
The Four Seasons Astir Palace, located along the Athenian Riviera is the first Four Seasons hotel in Greece.
The project entails the full refurbishment and comprises the following:
- Arion Hotel: 15,500 m² (106 keys including 21 suites)
- Nafsika Hotel: 23,000 m² (136 keys including 22 suites)
- New SPA: 1,300 m²
- Administration Building
- Sports facilities (Tennis, Basketball, Football, etc.)
- New Main Entrances (Guard / Gatehouses)
- New outdoor Restaurant and Pool Bar
- Full refurbishment of the outdoor areas with new swimming pools and water features: 300,000 m²
The goals of the design were the elegant luxury of the premises and top satisfaction of guests with high-end technology In addition, sustainability measures such as solar water heating, grey waste treatment and reuse and energy saving were also top priorities.
