Description
The main objective of the Assignment is to broaden supply of EE and climate technology consultants in Kazakhstan. The specific objectives were:
- Trainees get acquainted with the most advanced energy efficiency technologies in the industrial sector
- improve their skills in techno-economic feasibility of energy efficiency measures, in line with international standards
- identify the most relevant energy efficiency solutions for local businesses
- apply effective measuring and monitoring tools for energy use, with particular focus on energy auditing.
Specific implemented tasks were:
- Development of specific module for industrial EE in Kazakhstan
- Conduct a 4-day intermediate-level Industry training course
- Follow-up country report
