Type of Services
LDK services include providing TA and coordination/implementation of activities under Component 2 - Efficient preparation and implementation management of regional and local infrastructure project, covering mainly the sectors of Transport and Energy by:
- analysing the context,
- providing advice in particular for the identification and formulation of infrastructure projects and
- coordinating the TA activities in the sectors.
In addition, LDK contributes several technical and sector-focused experts (Non-key experts) and trainers across sectors or disciplines such as Environmental Impact Studies, Energy Efficiency, Water Resources, Utilities Networks and Sustainability etc.
Description
The purpose of this project is to provide technical assistance for capacity building to the Albanian Administration to:
- advance the investment prioritization methodology and standardizes the process of selection, prioritization, project development and;
- increase their capacities for design, implementation and monitoring of the infrastructure projects, included within the National Single Project Pipeline (NSPP) and Sector Single Project Pipelines (SSPP).
