LDK provides the Team Leader of the project who will manage the SC team and will provide quality control to the deliverables by the Implementation Consultant (IC) in both pre-implementation and implementation phases tasks, as follows:

• Reviewing and monitoring of the qualified construction materials/products from the Product and Material Database developed by IC;
• Supervising the energy audits;
• Reviewing and auditing engineering design for the energy efficiency retrofits;
• Reviewing the ToRs for the implementing company for AER, procurement support (if required);
• Monitoring the energy efficiency retrofit works for HER, AER and WEE;
• Monitoring the testing, sampling and commissioning of works;
• Reviewing and monitoring of Health and Safety Management Plan (HSMP) and Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP);
• Monitoring the implementation of health, safety and environmental safeguards;
• Reviewing and monitoring of compliance with GSI requirements as per the MFK Social and Gender Integration Plan (SGIP) and IC ToR’s.
