Leonidas Damianidis


1968 – 2009: Managing Director

Since 1968 he has been continuously re-inventing the company and expanding it from MEP engineering to a development consultancy with expertise in environment, energy, transport and regional development with worldwide presence and recognition from the leading IFIs and leading private industrial, hotel and other groups. He started off as an MEP engineer, but quickly shifted to energy saving, regional & urban planning, environmental and tourism issues. He is regularly participating in international conferences presenting concepts in national strategies in various sectors, especially Energy, Environment and Regional Development

Dimitris Kirimlidis


Dimitris started with LDK in 1973 as an MEP Engineer and some years later undertook the management of the MEP Engineering department. He has been the project manager of most landmark projects in Greece on behalf of LDK, from integrated tourism resorts, to leading hospitals, marinas, Olympic Games facilities and currently the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) cultural center, as well as the Hellinikon Re-development. Abroad he has led landmark building projects in the Balkan Region, in Egypt and Oman

Christos Zacharias


Christos started with LDK in 1983 in order to develop further the consultancy arm of LDK in the foreign markets. Being an avid project manager, he led important projects in regional development, environmental consulting and engineering in Greece, energy planning and development in Russia and the ex-Soviet Countries, China, and most of the Balkan Countries, Turkey and Greece. In collaboration with the engineering division, he has also developed the transport infrastructure and project management arm of the company, with projects spanning from railways electrification to project management of large retailers’ logistics centers. Mr Zacharias has previously worked in Saudi Arabia for 5 years.

Stavros Damianidis


Previous Positions: Head of Business Consulting department and Environmental Consulting department.
Stavros joined the company in 2000, starting from the business consulting department, offering services mostly to private enterprises, as well as developing expertise in the PPP sector and in real estate development projects. He became head of business development in 2004 and undertook the Management of the environmental department in 2007, revitalizing it and bringing new assignments in more than 20 countries.

Greg Damianidis


Previous Position: Financial manager in LDK’s Financial Department
Greg joined the company in 1998, initially as a key staff of the financial department, in charge of financial analysis and reporting, followed by treasury management, financial policies (banks, financing through grant programmes), contracts and receivables management. Also undertook the design of the department’s re-structuring and the implementation of a new ERP system (custom-made). Since 2007 as CFO, he manages the full range of LDK’s financial services, complemented by the Head of Accounting (outsourced).

Stavros Kirimlidis


Stavros joined the company in 2011 as a mechanical engineer in the Engineering and Project Management division.

Stelios Zacharias


Stelios has well-honed organisational and communication skills used in the management, administration and backstopping of donor funded projects, gained through the management of EU projects internationally for the past 7 years.
