Description

LDK CONSULTANTS a leading Greek consulting engineering firm, is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for one of its departments.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the department (a team of ten engineers)
  • Filling and documentation support (project documents, correspondance, calendars, etc)
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, travel arrangements
  • Maintaining updated contact information for the department's clients, suppliers and collaborators
  • Support the department's financial reporting and invoicing

 

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in a consulting engineering firm is highly appreciated
  • University degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. Bilingual candidates are highly appreciated
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Advanced analytical, numerical and organizational skills
