Task description

LDK Consultants seeks to recruit an Event and Travel Organiser in its Athens office, with main duties being the organisation of online and onsite events in the southern Mediterranean region.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in event and travel planning, organisation and administration
  • Fluency in English and French language is a must
  • 3 years of professional experience in event organisation
  • Experience in online meeting platforms and events organisation
  • Ability to manage budget parameters and invoicing
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors/suppliers
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet)
  • Flexibility to travel in the South Mediterranean and European countries
