Task description

LDK Consultants seeks to recruit an Event Organiser in its Athens office, with main duties being the organisation of online and onsite events in the southern Mediterranean region.


  • University degree in social/communication/tourist or other relevant studies or professional experience in event planning, organisation and management
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French language
  • 4 years of professional experience in event organisation
  • Experience in online virtual meeting platforms and events preparation
  • Ability to manage budget parameters and invoicing
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors/suppliers
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet)
  • Flexibility to travel in the South Mediterranean and European countries
  • Arabic will be considered an asset
