Task description
LDK Consultants seeks to recruit an Event Organiser in its Athens office, with main duties being the organisation of online and onsite events in the southern Mediterranean region.
Qualifications
- University degree in social/communication/tourist or other relevant studies or professional experience in event planning, organisation and management
- Excellent written and spoken English and French language
- 4 years of professional experience in event organisation
- Experience in online virtual meeting platforms and events preparation
- Ability to manage budget parameters and invoicing
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors/suppliers
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet)
- Flexibility to travel in the South Mediterranean and European countries
- Arabic will be considered an asset
