Type of Services

Services provided by LDK included:

  • translation into English of the relevant sections of the proposed Electricity System Operation and Transactions Code;
  • review of the proposed Code and provision of comments;
  • formulation of outline proposals for any necessary modifications of the proposed Code;
  • development of proposals for revisions to the proposed Code;
  • participation to meetings with DESMIE.

 

Description

The purpose of the project was to review, comment on and, if appropriate, carry out further work in respect of the draft material recently published by the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE), regarding specific sections of the proposed Electricity System Operation and Transactions Code, namely:

  • Section VII: Mechanisms for Assuring Adequate Capacity;
  • Section IX: Planning – Scheduling for System Development.
