Description
The overall objective of this project was to assess the way in which the wholesale electricity market is operated in Greece, with a view to identifying and substantiating possible distortions caused by a range of factors. Such factors may include abuse of dominant position, lack of transparency and effective monitoring by the regulatory or market authorities, market manipulation strategies, grey legislative areas, and distorted market regulations.
