The Consultant was engaged to provide consultancy services for the Bank with respect to due diligence services for PV plants.
The project involved the construction and operation of a cluster of 18 PV sites with a total installed capacity of 8.69 MW, to be contemplated by the company Irida PhotovoltaicsLtd owned and controlled by the company EnergaPowerTradingS.A. Services provided included evaluation & assessment of technical, financial and licensing aspects of the projects.
