Type of Services

Provided services include:

• assessment of the environmental regulatory compliance status, in order to identify any material compliance issues, associated with existing and imminent local and national environmental legislation;
• assessment of potential sources of soil and groundwater impacts;
• estimation of costs associated with identified issues and liabilities;
• groundwater and soil sampling, based on the findings of the Phase I assessment;
• compilation of a summary of the Greek legislative requirements for the storage of flammable liquids addressing specified questions.
