The scope of work of MEP installations includes Preliminary Design, Construction Design and Site Supervision of the following installations:
Water Supply / Sewage and Rainwater / HVAC / Electrical power (Medium voltage and low voltage networks, Substations, Generators, Earthing) / Voice – Data / Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Electric Fence) / Public Address – Voice Evacuation and Sound System / Fire Fighting / Fire Detection / Earthing and Lightning Protection System / Building Management System (BMS) / Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) / Rain Harvesting
