The scope of work of MEP installations includes Preliminary Design, Detail Design (Cold & Hot Shell) and Site Supervision of the following installations:
Water Supply / Sewage and Rainwater / HVAC / Electrical power (Medium voltage and Low voltage networks, Substation, Generators, Earthing) / Voice – Data / Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Electric Fence) / Fire Fighting / Fire Detection / Earthing and Lightning Protection System / Building Management System (BMS) / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Description
ALN Office Block located in Nairobi, Kenya. The project has the following characteristics:
1. Three basements providing parking spaces for the building and M/E areas (8,970 m²)
2. Four floors for office use (7,430 m²)
Total Build up area: 16,400 m²
