Type of Services
The scope of work of MEP installations includes Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Bidding Consultancy, Site Supervision of the following installations:
Potable water / Waste water / Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) / Fire Fighting / Elevators / Electrical low voltage Power systems including: substations, generator rooms emergency systems, Lighting, Earthing and lightning protection / Electrical extra low voltage Power distribution including: Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems, Security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion alarm), Fire detection and Voice evacuation, Public address, BMS.
Description
“Palazzo” Office Block located opposite the Westlands round about in Nairobi, Kenya. The project has the following characteristics:
1. Four basements mechanical car parking (7,300 m²)
2. Ground floor with retail/commercial use (600 m²)
3. Twenty floors for office use (10,500 m²).
4. A roof top area for common use (500 m²)
5. Six level parking silo area (3,800 m²)
The total build up area is estimated to be: 22.700m².
