Phase B

  • Application to the prefecture authorities for environmental permitting
  • Application to the district authorities for Installation License Includes: Application form, Technical Report and Drawings, Ruling on exclusion of Environmental Terms, Legal Documents, Fees.
  • Applications to PPC/ADMIE/LAGIE for Connection Agreement and Power Purchase Agreement They include e.g.:
  • Relevant application forms
  • Previously issued authority decisions
  • Statutory documents for the specific site and company
  • Technical description of the project and drawings

Phase C

Detailed design and tender documents preparation for PV installation on buildings’ rooftops (2,99MWp) including:

  • Electrical substation and voltage step up
  • Medium voltage (AC and DC) - lighting
  • Lightning protection – Grounding – Equipotential connections
  • Fire-fighting
  • Security Systems (CCTV, Perimeter protection alarm)
  • Monitoring and control system for the station equipment and data (SCADA)
  • Tender documents for public procurement involving:
  • Employer’s requirements
  • Technical description of the project as well as for specific equipment and installations
  • Technical specifications of equipment and materials
  • BoQ and budget for the whole project

Description

Preliminary studies (Drafting of drawings, Energy Yield Analysis, Preliminary technical study, Investment Plan, Financial Planning, Project Time scheduling) and preparation of documents for submission to RAE, PPC/HTSO for licensing, Document preparation for environmental permitting, document/prerequisites for Connection and Power Purchase Agreement with PPC/HTSO for a 7.99 MW Solar power station at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
The solar power station installation is divided in 3 parts:

  • Installation of fixed systems on building rooftops (approx. 2.99ΜWp)
  • Installation of fixed rail systems on ground (approx. 3.1 MWp)
  • Installation of tracker systems on ground (approx. 1,9 MWp)
