Services provided by LDK included:
- preparation of detailed work plan for 3 training courses;
- preparation of training material;
- implementation of a comprehensive training programme in three cities for sixty engineers, on industrial energy management; the training programme comprises a technical course, on-the-job training at industrial sites, a financial course;
- evaluation of results.
Description
The projects was included in the Serbian Energy Efficiency Agency (SEEA) Strategy Programme for Industry. Its overall objective was to promote the implementation of Energy Management Systems in the industrial sectors of Serbia. The specific assignment aimed to offer capacity building to a number of local experts originating from various branches of industry, chambers and associations of intensive industrial sectors and institutes on the implementation of energy management systems, so as to achieve successfully replicable results that can be embraced by the increasing number of end users.
