Cyprus has always been a popular tourist destination and tourism is the driving force of the Cypriot economy, contributing about 20% of the GDP. Over the next decade, tourism in Cyprus is expected to grow by around 30%, reaching 5 million arrivals. Yet such growth should be managed in such a way as to avoid overcrowding and any harmful impact on the environment, the quality of tourism experience and the local population.
At the Annual General Assembly of the Association of Consulting Firms (HELLASCO) (15/12/2022 Athens, Greece), following the discussions made among distinguished speakers on the prospect for the development of the Consulting Sector, Mr Leonidas Damianidis, President of LDK Consultants and member of HELLASCO gave a seminal and concise speech to members of the Association and representatives of Greek Ministries and other Institutions.
