Type of Services
In particular the provided services, as far as analysis of the technical specification is concerned, can be summarised as follows:
- correspondence of the proposed equipment to the project purpose, including feasibility analysis aspect;
- completeness of the supplies and required parameters, technical conditions for delivery, installation and training;
- appropriateness of selection and award criteria;
- compliance with the PRAG requirements;
- neutrality of the specification to mentioning or describing products of a given brand or origin and thereby favouring or excluding certain products.
Apart for the above mentioned services provided for the scope of the analysis of the tender dossiers, the following services were also provided to meet the project's requirements:
- participation in meeting with the project beneficiary;
- discussions with involved teams;
- preparation of reports.
Description
The main objective of the project "BG 000306 Supply of Equipment for Environment Monitoring" was to assist the EC Delegation in the process of approval of the Technical Specifications and tender dossiers for supply projects as follows:
- supply of equipment for implementation of EU regulations on trade of species of wild flora and fauna;
- supply of equipment on the implementation of the IPPC Directive at a regional level;
- supply of equipment for the implementation of EU Regulation on Radiation Protection and Safety during the medical use of the ionizing radiation.
