Technical assistance services in the following:
- Electromechanical & weatherization design assessment in order to ensure the optimum EE solutions adopted by the designer
- Verification of technical characteristics of proposed equipment/materials – technical deliverables
- Supervision of EE measures implementation for verifying the proper implementation of subprojects
- Energy studies assessment for verification of results
- Define BEMS technical parameters & assist in the programming of the systems through definition of KPI's and other parameters to be monitored
- Assistance in Energy monitoring – benchmarking – energy management practices
- Assistance in equipment testing and project acceptance (technical deliverables & reporting)
- Training of building's energy managers in order to allow them to fully exploit the BEMS and perform energy monitoring
Description
Energy consultant services for the implementation of the project "Energy Efficiency Upgrade of the Greek Parliament Building". The project is founded by the NSRF with the required detailed engineering studies being founded by Hellenic Parliament funds. Goal of the project is to deliver an energy efficient Hellenic Parliament with the EE measures resulting to about 38% energy saving compared to prior state.
