Type of Services
The Project involved the execution of the Concept Master Plan. The Hellinikon Masterplan, is made up of three primary zones, the Coastal Front, the Airport Urban and Development Zones and the Metropolitan Park.
The scope of work for the MEP Utilities Infrastructure designs included the following installations:
Power Supply / Potable Water Supply / Irrigation water supply & Park water elements / Waste Water Management / Storm Water management / Solid Waste Management (SWM) / Natural Gas Supply / Telecommunications / Security – CCTV / Central Control System - SCADA
Description
According to the proposed diverse land uses and demographic projections, the Hellinikon project is a major urban development scheme that, when fully complete, will have 27,000 new residents and 108,000 visitors daily.
The total site area is 6,205,677 m2. It is located in Hellinikon area (former Athens Airport), Attica, Greece.
