Description
COSTA NAVARINO Integrated Tourist Development Zone of Messinia (POTA Messinia), of an area of 1,300,000 m² in the area of Romanos, Messinia, Greece. The resort complex consists of The Romanos deluxe hotel (Starwood Luxury Collection) and The Westin (Starwood Westin), a Conference Centre with a capacity of 1,200 people, and a Thalassotherapy Centre of 4,450 m², along with a Golf Club of 3,000 m², an 18-hole golf course and a Golf Academy, and all infrastructure facilities.
Sustainability was the main guide for the project’s design (bioclimatic architecture, geothermal energy used for heating and cooling purposes and innovative energy-saving techniques). In order to satisfy the 5 star hotel operators, a selection of the suitable M&E facilities was made.
