Description

This project was a study on the solid waste management of Halivourgiki SA industrial plant at Elefsina area of Attiki, Greece, with the scope of a permit issue for temporary storage and reuse of the unit's solid waste, that being EAF sludge and mill scale. Furthermore, the project included a study on the hazardous waste management of the unit, that being dust from the air pollution control (bagfilters) of the EAF, used oils from the machinery of the plant and oil / grease from the oil / water separators of the plant, with a scope of a permit issue for the temporary storage of the oil wastes and the disposal of the dust.
