The scope of work for the MEP installations of the buildings includes the Schematic Design, and Construction Design of the following installations:
Potable Water / Storm Water / Waste Water / Irrigation / Sewage Treatment / HVAC / Electrical Power / Voice – Data / TV Radio / Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control) / Fire Fighting- Fire Detection / Earthing and Lightning Protection
The scope of work for the MEP installations of the Infrastructure networks includes Detail Design, Construction Design and Site Supervision of the following installations:
Water Supply / Fire Fighting / Irrigation / Sewage & Rainwater / Lighting / Electrical Power / Electrical Substations / Telephones-Data / Security
The scope of work of the Sewage Treatment Plant includes the Preliminary study, Evaluation and supervision of the EPC contractor.
